I appear to be stuck on a theme here... This picture did not turn out how I was expecting it to at all! For starters, this is the fourth attempt at Ephraim, he was in a completely different position every try and all of them looked absolutely horrid. Azriel's expression also changed a hell of a lot from when I was drawing it. It may not seem like a lot, but I think it completely changed the mood of the picture. :/ As for the stained-glass window; the reason it looks more like a jigsaw then a normal stained-glass window is because it was supposed to have been constructed entirely out of found bits of broken glass because the church that the window is in was too poor to buy custom shaped glass. That is just wwwaaaayyyyy too much detail for such a simple picture -_-' |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
